- Seared fillet of halibut with warm salmoriglio and capers sauce, and served with Caponata | Lombo de alabote frito, com molho salmoriglio quente e alcaparras, sobre Caponata.
- Clotted cream panacotta with candied lemon, lemon caramel & orange biscotti | Panacotta de clotted cream com cascas de limão cristalizadas, caramelo de limão & biscotti de laranja.
